Custom Milling

Gold Ridge Organic Farms offers custom olive milling services at our large capacity olive press in Sebastopol, California in West Sonoma County. Our state-of-the-art Rapanelli press from Italy can process up to two tons of fruit per hour with a modern three-phase blade mill method. Our facility offers wide paved roads and easy access. We offer milling for Certified Organic and conventional olive growers, both large and small. Milling operations typically run from mid-October through December. Milling is by appointment only - 200 pound minimum. Please note that we do not offer community milling.
