Presenting our best-selling sampler of Gold Ridge Organic Farms' four Estate Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil blends. Harvested and milled in November and December at our Estate Mill, these oils are vibrant, robust, packed with antioxidants and phenol rich. These four Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oils are grown in ideal conditions in Coastal Sonoma County. We mill them on-site at our farm for the ultimate freshness. The four-pack allows for side-by-side tastings or gift bottles for friends and family. Four 500 ml bottles: one each of tour Tuscan Blend, Minerva Blend, Picholine Blend, and Arbequina Blend EVOOs.
Each of our oils is made with a unique blend of hand-selected olive varieties as planted by Farmer-Founder Brooke: Italian (Tuscan and Minerva); French (Picholine); and Spanish (Arbequina). Oregon Tilth Certified Organic | Certified Extra Virgin annually by the California Olive Oil Council (COOC).
Gold Ridge Organic Farms Tuscan Blend EVOO | 500 ML: Lively, green, and herbaceous, this medium-bodied blend of Frantoio, Leccino, Maurino, and Pendolino transports you to a spring hillside in the Tuscan countryside. Tuscan Blend is a popular and versatile kitchen staple for homecooks and professional chefs alike. Medium bodied, medium robust, lightly pungent. Cultivars: Frantoio, Leccino, Maurino, Pendolino.

Gold Ridge Organic Farms Picholine Blend EVOO | 500 ML: Beloved of culinary connoisseurs, this blend of French varieties produces the most robust and pungent oil. Chefs love its bold, spicy profile. Picholine shines as a finishing oil and pairs beautifully with strong hard cheeses like Parmesan; it’s also great in pesto, Italian salsa verde, and pasta dishes. Medium pungent, medium robust. Cultivars: Primarily picholine olives with Aglandau, Bouteillain, Solonenque, Grossane, and Cayon.

Gold Ridge Organic Farms Arbequina Blend EVOO | 500 ml: Taut green flavors, particularly chewy green banana, characterize this blend of six Spanish olives. Taste hints of wheatgrass, green almonds, green peppercorn, and subtle notes of green melon and tropical fruit on the finish. Pair with citrus, balsamic or white wine vinegar; drizzle over grilled vegetables, popcorn or fresh goat cheese. Cultivars: A blend of Spanish olivevarieties: Arbequina, Empeltre, Leccin de Sevilla, Hojiblanca, Picual & Manzanilla.

Gold Ridge Organic Farms Minerva Blend EVOO | 500 ml: Aromatic and bright with a toasty nose and a suave, silky mouthfeel, Minerva offers flavors of toasted walnuts and pinenuts, followed by fresh hay and white peppercorns. This is a great finishing oil well-suited for drizzling over grilled vegetables or meats, hummus, tapenade, and roasted squash. Medium bodied, medium pungent. Cultivars: An Italian blend of Minerva, Frantoio and Maurino olives with a touch of Cerasuola & Ladoeli.

Our Gold Ridge soils plus local ocean breezes provide the perfect setting to grow perfect, healthy and delicious olives. Our olives are hand harvested and milled into oil within hours of harvest in our onsite mill, locking in the health benefits. Fresh olive oil is a natural raw food, full of antioxidant properties and an integral part of your wellness routine.
For optimal flavor and quality, enjoy within 3-6 months of opening. Unopened, Gold Ridge Organic Farms EVOO will stay fresh and falvorful for up to 3 years. Please store in a cool, dark place away from your stove or other heat sources.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on package weight and shipping destination. Your selected shipping speed applies once the parcel has been packed and picked up by the carrier. Please allow for extra shipping days over the holidays, as delays are possible.
We ship to the continental US via UPS and USPS. We offer free ground shipping for domestic orders above $100. This offer applies to the lower 48 states only and does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations. Some restrictions and special handling may apply. Free shipping is only applicable to shippable items and excludes fresh produce items, which are available for farm pick up only.
We make every effort to ship your package as promptly as possible. Orders are typically processed Monday through Friday during regular business hours, 9 AM to 4 PM PST. Please allow up to 3–5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. This excludes weekends and holidays. Delays may occur during peak seasons, and during warmer months to best preserve product quality. We appreciate your patience.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within the allotted time, please contact us at farmshop@goldridgeorganicfarms.com and include your order number, your name, and the recipient’s name.
You may select the option to pick up your order at the farm during our Farm Shop hours, 10 AM to 4 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. If you are unable to visit during these days, please reach out to our team to make other arrangements and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We are currently unable to offer shipping for fresh produce. Fresh apples, pears, and citrus are available for local farm pick up only. When placing an order for fresh fruit, please allow a minimum of 48 hours (excluding weekends) to ensure availability.
Same-day or next-day orders are not guaranteed, as fruit is harvested to order and availability may vary due to weather conditions, harvest schedules, and other factors beyond our control.
