Frozen ready-to-bake at home, made with local, seasonal ingredients, including our peak-harvest heirloom apples, capturing the most enticing, beloved flavors of the harvest season.
From our organic orchards to your holiday spread, these heirloom apple pies are sure to please your guests! Like you made it from scratch yourself, minus all the prep and heavy lifting. Now just pop the pie in the oven and feast with your loved ones!
Ingredients: (Pie dough) Organic Flour, Butter, Salt, Sugar, (Filling) Gold Ridge Organic Farms Estate Heirloom Apples, Brown Sugar, Granulated Sugar, Butter, Cinnamon, Lemon Juice & Cornstarch LIMITED AVAILABILITY!
One 9" apple pie in baking tin. Baking instructions will be included at pick up.
Lasts up to 4 months in the freezer, but best enjoyed this holiday season!
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Bake from frozen.
Pre-heat oven 375.
Optional: crack one egg and whisk lightly with fork in small bowl or liquid measure to make egg wash. Use a basting brush or rolled up cloth, top crust with light egg wash.
Sprinkle with demerara or sugar-in-the-raw, if desired.
Bake on middle rack for 2 hours and 15 minutes or until bubbling from the cuts or side.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on package weight and shipping destination. Your selected shipping speed applies once the parcel has been packed and picked up by the carrier. Please allow for extra shipping days over the holidays, as delays are possible.
We ship to the continental US via UPS and USPS. We offer free ground shipping for domestic orders above $100. This offer applies to the lower 48 states only and does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations. Some restrictions and special handling may apply. Free shipping is only applicable to shippable items and excludes fresh produce items, which are available for farm pick up only.
We make every effort to ship your package as promptly as possible. Orders are typically processed Monday through Friday during regular business hours, 9 AM to 4 PM PST. Please allow up to 3–5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. This excludes weekends and holidays. Delays may occur during peak seasons, and during warmer months to best preserve product quality. We appreciate your patience.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within the allotted time, please contact us at farmshop@goldridgeorganicfarms.com and include your order number, your name, and the recipient’s name.
Farm Pick Up
You may select the option to pick up your order at the farm during our Farm Shop hours, 10 AM to 4 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. If you are unable to visit during these days, please reach out to our team to make other arrangements and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Fresh Apples, Pears & Citrus
We are currently unable to offer shipping for fresh produce. Fresh apples, pears, and citrus are available for local farm pick up only. When placing an order for fresh fruit, please allow a minimum of 48 hours (excluding weekends) to ensure availability.
Same-day or next-day orders are not guaranteed, as fruit is harvested to order and availability may vary due to weather conditions, harvest schedules, and other factors beyond our control.
